Hi, I’m Nicole Meador—founder and broker of Clearview Real Estate here in Montgomery County, Texas. I’ve been helping people buy and sell homes in the Northern Montgomery County and Lake Conroe area since 2005, and I truly believe there’s no substitute for working with someone who knows the area inside and out.

I was born in Texas, raised in Florida, and graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Education. Right after college, I moved back to Texas and began my career in real estate. Over the years, I’ve worked with both big-name and locally owned brokerages, and in 2021, I opened Clearview Real Estate—a small, boutique firm focused on personalized service and local expertise.

Montgomery is home for my family. My husband Blaine and I have been married for 17 years and are raising our kids here. We’ve been part of the Montgomery ISD community for over 12 years—our kids go to school here, and I stay involved by volunteering, serving on school committees, and supporting local clubs.

Outside of work, I love cheering on the Florida Gators and Dallas Cowboys, watching my kids do what they love, playing pickleball with my family, volunteering at the Montgomery County Fair, and attending church at Fellowship of Montgomery.
